Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel please do so at least 48 hours before the day of your session by sending an email to hypno_gem@outlook.com or by following the links in the confirmation email you received when you booked. You can reschedule for free or get a full refund if you cancel before this stated time. To reschedule use the same links or revisit my Calendly page in the same way as you did before. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge of your session cost if you don't reschedule.

Should your cancellation be due to exceptional circumstances and within the 48 hour time period then please let me know and we'll sort something out. Some things are completely out of our control and are often unavoidable so please email hypno_gem@outlook.com with the details and I'll get back to you.

Full payment will be taken at the time of booking for all sessions. Your 30 minute consultation call is completely free and is your opportunity to get all the information you need prior to booking. If you have more questions after the call feel free to send an email and ask as many as you like.
