Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel and reschedule please do so at least 48 hours before the day of your session by sending an email to hypno_gem@outlook.com. I will then offer you my next available appointment times for you to choose from. Failing to contact me before this time may result in the loss of your session.

Refunds are not given so please ensure you are perfectly happy in going ahead with the session(s) before you book.

Should you need to reschedule because of exceptional circumstances within the 48 hour time period then please let me know and we'll sort something out. Some things are completely out of our control and are often unavoidable so please email hypno_gem@outlook.com with the details and I'll get back to you.

Full payment will be taken at the time of booking for all sessions. Your 30 minute consultation call is completely free and is your opportunity to get all the information you need prior to booking. If you have more questions after the call feel free to send an email and ask as many as you like.
